Function / Content

This series contains one example - in this case issued to the Traffic Section - of a special occurrence book issued to all police stations and sections by order of Circular Memorandum 12/1977. Instructions for use are pasted inside the front cover together with a loose copy of Circular Memorandum 12/77. The book was intended to be used for the purpose of recording special occurrences for easy reference, or when details of a special event may be needed in the future. The use of this book was cancelled again by order of Circular Memo 28/78.
